翰星文創是一支來自台北的團隊。我們相信，好故事值得被更多人看見，不該因為語言或距離而停在原地。翰星與漫畫、插畫創作者並肩合作，將作品製作成實體書與周邊，透過 Kickstarter 與海外讀者相遇。我們的願景，是讓台灣與亞洲的原創作品走向世界，從一本書開始，延伸到翻譯版、動畫與遊戲。
Horiza Creations is a team based in Taipei. We believe great stories deserve to be read widely, and that language and distance shouldn't hold them back. We work side by side with comic artists and illustrators, turning their work into books and collectibles and introducing it to readers abroad through Kickstarter. Our vision is to help original work from Taiwan and across Asia reach the world, starting with a single book and growing into translated editions, animation and games.
我們的做法，是先找到讀者，再開始做書。每個專案上線之前，我們會用心了解作品的讀者：有多少人能直接聯繫得上，又有多少人曾經為這部作品付費。從讀者出發再投入製作，讓每一次出版都更踏實，也讓創作者能更專注於創作。團隊從市場評估、群眾募資到海外出貨，都累積了豐富的實務經驗；《成為奪心魔之必要》在三次募資之後，也已延伸出動畫與數位遊戲。
Our approach is to find the readers first, then make the book. Before a project launches, we take time to understand its readers: how many can be reached directly, and how many have already paid to support the work. Starting from real readers makes every release more grounded, and gives creators more room to focus on their work. Our team has hands-on experience from market research and crowdfunding through to overseas fulfillment, and How to be a Mind Reaver has grown into an animated series and a video game after three campaigns.
